Welcome to Kings Court. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kings Court badminton session management application (“the app”). By signing in and using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Kings Court is provided to help organize and manage badminton sessions. You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws.
Access to the app requires signing in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your access credentials confidential.

We aim to keep the app available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The app may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
The Kings Court name, logo, design, and all related content are the property of the app’s operator. You may not copy, modify, or distribute these without permission.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, secure, or always available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of Kings Court shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app at any time, without notice, if these Terms are violated or if we discontinue the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest revision date is shown above.
